Returns Overview
Molaix provides features and services to you are subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop on Molaix, YOU ACCEPT THESE CONDITIONS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, RETURN POLICY, and all other disclaimers and terms that appear elsewhere on Molaix.com. Please read them carefully.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* Damaged items
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@molaix.com.

* After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims.
* You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.
* Call the manufacturer if the product is defective after the first use.
* In the event of a return, you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization (RA) number. We will not accept any returns without a RA.
* All returns are subject to a 10 to 20 percent restocking fee.
* Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items.
* Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received.
* If the product has been installed, it falls under the manufacturer warranty (Each manufacturer is different please contact us for more information).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped by either ourselves or the manufacturer ALL ORDERS ARE TO BE CANCELED OVER THE PHONE WITH A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WHICH WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A CANCELATION NUMBER. Our customer service representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped by either us or the manufacturer the terms of our Returns policy will take effect
