Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Water Creation.  If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below to make your return process a smooth experience:

Products that are unused and in its original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.

Products that had been installed, altered, or modified in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.

To begin your return process, please contact Water Creation using one of the methods below to obtain an RMA number:

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.  No exceptions.

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.

Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment only after Water Creation receives the   returned product in its original condition in its original packaging.

Products that are marked as non-returnable or discontinued cannot be returned.

 

Damage Policy

All products shipped to you are carefully packaged to help ensure that you receive the products in excellent condition.  Upon receipt, please inspect the package carefully.  For large products that are shipped by LTL (less than truckload) freight, please carefully examine the product before signing off on the product and releasing the driver.

For damaged products received by parcel shipment (UPS, FedEx), please contact Water Creation within 3 business days to arrange for return or exchange. 

If damages are found for products shipped by LTL freight, please refuse the shipment by noting the damage on the Delivery Form (POD) and ask the driver to take it back.  Contact Water Creation to arrange for a replacement by one of the methods below:

You will be responsible for any LTL freight damages that are not notated on the Delivery Form.  Please inspect the products carefully before accepting delivery.
