Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING:

Manufacturer Direct – 24/7 FREE Shipping to Continental United States 48 contiguous states. If special shipping arrangements needed, additional charges may incur.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment process:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card. Product will ship within five business days from the date of your order. (Usually in 24-48 hours)  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at: info@molaix.com

 

LTL Shipments

Large and heavy items such as bathroom vanities, or items exceeding 155 pounds will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) shipment. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment, and a person must be available at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled delivery, or if the shipment is refused without valid reason. At Molaix, we attempt to provide the absolute best shipping prices possible for customers. For other extra delivery Persons 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@molaix.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Do NOT sign Proof of Delivery until the freight has been fully inspected.
