Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier or email us at info@molaix.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information
