Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at info@molaix.com with your order number and reason for return. Weβll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived damaged or was incorrect, email us photos within 3 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue quickly.
