Return & Refund Policy

At Molaix Creations, each item is made with care and many of our products are custom-created. Because of this, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.


🔁 Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or with a printing error caused by us

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

💳 Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Defective products

  • Printing errors

  • Wrong item shipped by mistake


Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Orders with incorrect sizing selected by the customer


📦 Return Shipping (If Applicable)

If a return is approved:

  • Return instructions will be emailed to you

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake is ours


🚫 Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be stopped.


🏠 Online-Only, Home-Based Business Notice

Molaix LLC operates as an online-only, home-based business. We do not accept in-person returns, pickups, or walk-in customers. All return matters must be handled by email only.
