At Molaix, we want you to love your faith-inspired apparel! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Custom Print Orders
Custom print orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@molaix.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, contact us at support@molaix.com and we'll help you exchange your item (subject to availability).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@molaix.com with photos of the issue. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
